MISS HELEN'S BLUEBERRY CRISP

Brown Sugar and Blueberries! How can you go wrong?

Put 4 cups of fresh Beulah Land blueberries in a buttered, deep baking dish

Topping

3/4 Cup of Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Margarine
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Mix with a fork or pastry blender. Spread the topping over the Beulah Land blueberries.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.

Serve with cream, whipped cream, or top it off with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

Pineapple, pecans, and blueberries! Get ready for your tastebuds to explode! My Favorite Recipe!

Ingredients

1 Can Crushed Pineapple
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Stick Margarine
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 Cups of fresh Beulah Land Blueberrries
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Grease and oblong pan and pour in the pineapple. Add the blueberries and 3/4 cup of sugar. Melt the margarine and pour it over the mix. Sprinkle with pecans and remaining sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Cut slits in the cake after 20 minutes of baking to let the juices rise to top. Cool for 25 minutes before cutting the cake
